Despite how the information is presented to the learners each of them will process the information differently based on their own reasoning styles, and in order to be a good facilitator one must be able to understand the cognitive styles and their differences I learned the art of delegation. This semester was my first time teaching a course as an instructor (EDHI 200), and this was my first class that I have taken that focuses on the learning process.
